What we will do for you

We will make our recommendation to you both verbally and in writing. In addition to this we will provide you with a list of all other products that were discounted and an explation as to why they were unsuitable.

Provided you are happy and wish to proceed to application we will first of all issue you with a full personalised product recommendation letter. We will assist you in completing the application and ask you to approve it before submission.

Once the application has been submitted along with other relevant documentation we will monitor the case on a continual basis and keep you informed at all times as to the progress of the application.

Unexpected delays can sometimes occur. If they do we will reslove them as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Once your Business Protection terms have been issued we will read through them with you to make sure that the terms offered are those which you applied for and that you are happy to proceed.
