The last thing a company needs is to lose a key member of staff DURING already difficult times. It may well be the nail in the coffin! This type of insurance is a lot more common in the USA than in the UK, but even with the clients I talk to, awareness in increasing and rightly so. I cant believe that business owners these days insure everything from cars and vans, to fixtures and fittings, but then forget the people that actually work IN the business!
